memorial day weekend in michigan, by collin

memorial day weekend was so much fun!! after a really long drive, and sneaking genie into a hotel thursday night, we finally got to grandma & grandpa thelen's house on friday just in time for mom & dad to put on goofy outfits and go to a costume party for aunt melissa's birthday. don't worry, i stayed looking cool in my regular outfit.





on saturday i played with my "bro", jackson ... he's just little yet but we still have fun!


and saturday night i got to play with other friends -- everett, he is a little bigger than me and can walk... wow! and i got to meet ethan and evan weber! they are sooooo tiny, i look big enough to eat them! guess what? this weekend, my other friend was born - olivia grace! i get to meet her in june and i can't wait, i think she will be my girlfriend ;)



there was no way we were going to let our moms take a picture of all three of us smiling!


and on sunday, mom & dad took me to the zoo to look at camels and polar bears. the other animals were all hiding because it was too hot.



we went to bed early that night and drove all the way back to conshohocken on monday. mom & dad were really tired so they let me drive a little... hehe
